We’ll use our market knowledge, search a database of homes comparable to yours, and report back to you an estimate of potential value. We can assess the impact of completing any pre-sale projects compared to the value of the home if you do nothing and sell it “as-is.”

Step Three:

We customize a plan to help get you started.

After our initial meeting we’ll have a better idea of how to tailor a plan that fits your needs. We’ll then have a second meeting to review the value analysis and recommendations in detail with you, and suggest pre-sale preparations to gain additional value should you wish to consider them.

Step Four:

We handle the coordination of pre-sale preparation.

If you decide to move forward with any improvement projects, we will work with you to source trusted contractors and factor in the timeline for completion. We will provide a written plan to guide you through the decluttering and help find a home for any extra “stuff” you may no longer need or want.

Step Five:

We handle all presenting and pre-listing details

Putting our best foot forward is the cornerstone to our plan. Whether selling “as-is” or with improvements, we’ll ensure your home looks its best! Buyers start making decisions about your home from photos they see online, so we’ll be there before and during the photo shoot to attend to all the details.

Step Six:

We work to attract qualified offers—and take care of all of the details.

We’ll make your home the star of the show by using our proven marketing system. Our exceptional photos, videos, and social media will make you stand out. We know how to draw a crowd with our property descriptions and we’ll tap into our vast network to attract the most buyers. We’ll also work within your comfort level when planning for buyers to tour your home and provide tips and checklists about how to prepare. After the showings we pursue feedback which we’ll discuss with you to determine how best to capture an offer.

Step Seven:

We thoroughly review and negotiate all offers.

All offers received will be thoroughly reviewed, buyer’s qualifications vetted, and compared with your goals. Our vast market and negotiation experience helps us evaluate all terms and create a winning strategy to get you to the closing table.

Step Eight:

Last, we’ll make the closing and move as easy as possible.

After the contract is signed, we’ll help you navigate the buyer home inspection, contract review period, and appraisal processes. Our transaction manager provides dedicated oversight ensuring all details are attended to, and we can recommend attorneys or other pros as needed. And whether your move is across town or across the country, we’ll make sure you have what you need to make it as easy as possible. We have specialized resources who know just how to handle your precious cargo and can even help get you settled into your new home!
